I’ve found out very recently that real estate in Missouri is climbing in price again, at least here in the Northwest. When we moved out here, our neighbors had bought their house for only $50,000-ish and they ran it into the ground for ten years, then turned around and sold it - looking rundown with bad wiring and plumbing - for almost $160,000.
